EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

TM STORES allows exchange or refund within 48hrs after receiving your products. To initiate an exchange or refund, you can send an email to support@trade-master.digital or send a WhatsApp message to 0000000  to schedule a drop off/pickup.

Products will be inspected by a TM STORES inventory representative and if it is still in good condition an exchange or a refund will be initiated immediately.

NOTE: REFUND is done ONLY if you received an item different from what you ordered and we’ll take full responsibility for our mistake.

FOR EXCHANGE, You bear the cost of delivery if the reason for exchange is not from us. Eg. If you decided to get another product, instead of the one you initially ordered.
